DTD2 stands for Do The Database 2. It is a simple system to make sure you can call your entire database 4 times in one year without feeling overwhelmed. Each week you reach out to those in your database whose last name begins with a certain letter. Each week you do 2 letters so by week 13 you have done all of them!

For example, in week 5 of the year, you call everyone whose last name starts with a C or K. When you break down your database into smaller chunks like this it makes it easy to manage your work and make sure you stay on top of calling everyone.
